"I filed an auto glass claim on 12/6 and as of 12/26 the auto glass repair company had not received authorization to replace the glass from State Farm. I had gone through all the channels available to customers on the State Farm app without being able to speak to a human. Finally, I called the Jimmy Dunn agency. The first person I spoke with told me there was nothing they could do but ultimately Mr. Dunn himself got in the phone with me. He was very professional and assured me he would be my advocate to resolve the issue. He called me back within the hour after having worked to get the calm approved and spoke with the owner of the glass repair company to provide the authorization. Now it shouldn’t have come to this but that’s is certainly not on Mr. Dunn. He followed through and help me get my windshield replaced. Great service!"

"I switched my auto policy from Mr. Dunn's agency. I told the agency in enough time to cancel my policy so that I would not be charged. Mr. Dunn's State farms agency still charge my account and still has not refunded my money. I was promised my funds would be returned onto my account within 72 hours. It's been nearly a month and I still have not received my funds . I Feel like State farm has not listened to my complaints or not, even shown that they care for my issues. I would not recommend this this service to anyone or this agency."
