I'm Jimmy Dunn, and my career inside State Farm spans nearly 30 years across claims, agent development, field consulting, and executive leadership. That background shapes everything about how our Goose Creek office operates.

I joined State Farm in 1996 as a Claims Adjuster, spending seven years working directly with policyholders through losses and difficult moments. That firsthand claims experience still drives how I talk to customers about coverage today — because I've seen what happens when the right protection is in place, and when it isn't.

In 2003, I became a licensed State Farm agent in Aiken, SC. Over the following years I served as a Developmental Agency Field Leader, an Agency Field Leader in Charleston, a Zone Agency Administration Assistant at the executive level, and ultimately as Agency Territory Leader of the Charleston Territory — one of State Farm's most active markets. In 2019, I came to Goose Creek to do what I love most: serve customers directly.
